VEGAN STEWY - COOKING WITH FERNE 🥘

Vegan stewy, low in salt lentils with packed with veg!

Boil Red split lentils in low salt veggie stock cubes. Add peas, sweet corn, olives, carrots, sundries tomatoes, mushroom, (BASICALLY add whatever veg you want).

Cook for 20-40mins.

Keep adding stock and stir. Here I added a salmon fillet, can add chicken. Super healthy & filling.

And whatever is left I will always box up and have for lunch the next day.
