Tell us about your story?
I started using Herbalife in 2019, I was going to the gym a lot but wasn't seeing results. I started using the 5 core products in the October and by the February my body and confidence were the best they had been.
I became pregnant with my second in the first lockdown. I had a difficult pregnancy and birth and although I was still using the products I had become complacent and wasn't following the plan properly. My confidence had dropped and my energy was depleted. I knew things had to change so I purchased all the core products again alongside the fitness range, planned for the March challenge and ensured I was exercising a minimum of 3 times a week.
I noticed a difference to my skin, bloating and energy within 2 weeks.
I have just finished my second consecutive challenge and feel brilliant.

How did Herbalife help you with your journey?
I am a busy working mum of 2, both aged under 5. I love how easy it is, how nice the products taste and I actually eat more when Im on plan!

Which are your favourite Herbalife products?
I use the the 5 core products, F1, PDM, Oat Apple Fibre, Tea and Aloe.
I also use Protein Snacks and the Sports Range when working out and the Collagen Booster for my skin!
